I use this format (a website), because it's much easier for all of us to see and pick what you would like to have.

It's impossible for me to add shipping quotes for all countries. If your country is not listed, you can contact me by mail for a shipping quote.

I can add your country to the list of shipping.

PostNL has 'normalized' it's rates again for shipments inside and outside Europe.
